Situations eligible for exchange / return
If, at the time of delivery, it is found that the flowers are damaged, the customer must refuse receipt and report the problem to the Customer Service (hereinafter SAC) of Vila Verde in Flôr de Coturela e Vieira Lda by e-mail address email, or by the telephone contacts provided.
